Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Business Strategy and Operations Leader to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will drive business performance by optimizing key initiatives and identifying risks. Your responsibilities will span business metrics reporting, workforce management, and asset review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in collaborative efforts to streamline and enhance business processes
  • Provide high-level support for executive requests on business analysis, presentation development, and project management
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives
  • Design data visualization frameworks for reports and scorecards
  • Gather, publish, validate, and analyze data to inform recommendations and forecasting decisions
  • Support the development and execution of business transformation strategies
  • Drive digital adoption to improve business operations and customer experiences
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Graduate degree from any 4-year course
  • Intermediate level ability in MS Office tools, Tableau, Alteryx, UIPath, Python, and Graphic Design Software
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders and driving agendas
  • Proven track record in delivering high-quality presentations and reports
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
