Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to support our insurance operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill and process insurance applications and Acord forms with accuracy.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email and track responses.
- Obtain quotes from online insurance portals and prepare comparative proposals.
- Communicate effectively with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintain organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
Requirements:
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management preferred.
- Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
