As the senior HR executive, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving our organization's human capital strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:

    • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that support the organization's overall business objectives.

    • As a strategic partner to senior management, you will provide guidance on all HR matters and serve as a key advisor on organizational change initiatives.

    • Manage the HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Develop and oversee a robust recruitment strategy to attract top talent, leveraging social media, job boards, and other technical means to source candidates.

    • Implement effective college recruiting programs and participate in employment events, such as career fairs.

    • Manage the entire recruitment life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

  • Training and Development:

    • Assess training needs and develop initiatives for career development, focusing on leadership development and succession planning.

    • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, fostering an environment where employees can grow and develop their skills.

  • Performance Management:

    • Develop and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, establishing clear expectations and goals.

    • Establish and monitor key HR metrics to gauge effectiveness and impact, providing actionable insights for business improvement.

  • Employee Relations:

    • Manage employee relations, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations, and promoting a positive work environment.

    • Design and direct employee retention strategies and initiatives, recognizing and rewarding outstanding contributions.

    • Organize employee engagement programs and team-building events, fostering collaboration and camaraderie.

  • HR Operations:

    • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and leave administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

    • Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international employment laws and regulations, maintaining a proactive risk management approach.

  • Diversity and Inclusion:

    • Foster an inclusive workplace culture, developing strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in hiring and retention practices.
