We seek a skilled professional to support our Operational Excellence Department. As a key member of the Process Improvement Team, you will be responsible for process documentation and improvement projects.

Position Summary

The Process Improvement (PI) Team specializes in Process Documentation (PD) and Continuous Improvement (CI). You will support the Firm through process documentation and improvement projects. This position will report to the Process Improvement Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on process documentation and continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking.
  • Assist the Process Improvement Supervisor in defining, scoping, and leading global and local process documentation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Perform global and local process documentation and continuous improvement project management and execution from planning to completion using Lean, Six Sigma, and Design Thinking methodologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or management course, Industrial Engineering a plus.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified is required.
  • 4-6 years of extensive work experience in Process Documentation and Continuous Improvement.
