Operations & Systems Assistant

We are seeking an organized and efficient Operations & Systems Assistant to join our team. This role involves creating order, building systems, and executing tasks that keep operations running smoothly.

About The Role

This is a remote, part-time contractor position with the potential to grow into a long-term engagement. You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards that allow our business to run efficiently.

You will be responsible for implementing and configuring tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards. You will also set up and manage automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms) to improve efficiency and solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure tools and technologies to streamline operations
  • Set up and manage automation workflows to improve efficiency
  • Build dashboards that integrate data from various platforms
  • Create reports to track KPIs, sales performance, and staff productivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project support
  • Experience with workflow/automation platforms (preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
