Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant to play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive reliable and timely transportation services.


Key Responsibilities
  • Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication, active listening, and rapport-building.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by managing schedules accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and a clear command of the English language.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on meeting client expectations.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with scheduling and documentation software.
  • Basic knowledge of the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) industry.
