Appointment Setter Opportunity

We are seeking a results-driven appointment setter to join our team. As an appointment setter, you will be responsible for connecting with healthcare practices and other target industries through direct messaging and cold calling.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, dental clinics, hearing health centers, physical therapy clinics, and other healthcare-adjacent businesses.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in GHL and Pipedrive.
  • Qualify prospects using our proven outreach framework.
  • Maintain accurate call records, track metrics, and meet weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
