We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill a Customer Service Representative position.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate product and service information
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet performance targets and exceed expectations
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO setting
- A problem-solving mindset and strong analytical skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
- Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
