Job Role:

Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Interact with customers through various channels to provide support and resolve issues.
  2. Clarify customer needs, probe for understanding, and use decision-support tools to provide effective solutions.
  3. Listen attentively to customers' concerns, demonstrate empathy, and build rapport.
  4. Provide courteous, friendly, and professional service using agreed-upon procedures.
  5. Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
  6. Prepare accurate work, including notating accounts as required.
  7. Participate in activities to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  8. Offer additional products or services.
  9. Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases.
  10. Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials or more senior staff.
Requirements:
  1. High school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
  2. Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
  3. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  4. Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  5. Dependable with strong attention to detail.
  6. Skilled in multi-tasking; able to adapt to changes quickly.
  7. Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Ability to work as a team member and independently.
  9. Demonstrate patience in all customer contact situations.
  10. Ability to rotate shifts as needed.
