Front Desk Retail Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Front Desk Retail Associate to join our team. As a Front Desk Retail Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to cash handling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer transactions, including accepting payments and making change
  • Operate retail systems, including POS machines and credit card terminals
  • Balancing cash registers and generating reports for sales and returns
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring all customers leave the store satisfied with their experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company standards of cleanliness and organization

Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in a similar retail role is preferred
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and targets
  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to providing quality customer service
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
Skills:
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating retail systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
