Technical Expert - Hardware and Software Support

Our ideal candidate is a technical expert with a strong background in hardware and software support. They should have experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues, including those related to virtual machines, imaging, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:\

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues\
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems using analytical skills and technical knowledge\
  • Collaborate with other technical experts to resolve technical issues\

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well in a team environment. They should also be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:\

  • At least 1 year of experience in hardware and software troubleshooting\
  • Strong understanding of virtual machine technology, imaging, and hardware/software troubleshooting\
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android OS\
  • College graduates or fresh graduates are welcome to apply\
