Job Summary

KMC Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will support our Sales, Business Development, and Revenue teams by coordinating sales activities, managing pre-sales research, and assisting in client interactions.

Duties
  • Pre-Sales Support: Conduct research to provide valuable insights for prospecting and sales outreach, assist in client qualification, and prepare meeting notes and agendas.
  • Sales Process Coordination: Coordinate and set up client meetings, ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations, and act as a liaison between Sales, Business Development, and Client Services.
  • Post-Sales Administration: Manage contract documentation and tracking, support onboarding of new clients, and assist in CRM data entry and upkeep.
Qualifications
  • Experience in sales support, sales coordination, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
