A skilled bookkeeper is required to maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and reconcile accounts for our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records with a high degree of precision and attention to detail.
  • Process invoices and payments in a timely manner, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare comprehensive financial reports, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • Provide support with budgeting and forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors and clients regarding payment inquiries, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
