Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper - Accountant Level professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information for the business.

This role requires a deeper understanding of accounting principles than a standard bookkeeper, including handling complex financial tasks such as reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting.

Financial Recordkeeping:
  • Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience, preferably in a senior or accountant-level role.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate financial records and handle complex data analysis.
  • Knowledge of GAAP: Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and relevant financial regulations.
