As a bookkeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Transactions: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Generate and issue invoices to clients, verifying billing accuracy and resolving any issues that may arise. Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary billing information.
  • Payroll Processing: Administer the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, validation, and distribution of paychecks. Stay up-to-date on payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Accounting Software: Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to manage financial records and ensure accuracy.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in a virtual or remote environment is a plus
