Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to spearhead the full-scale migration of our operations into the Zoho ecosystem. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the migration of legacy systems into Zoho applications. This includes ensuring seamless data transfer of customer information, inventory SKUs, order history, and billing systems.

You will also set up user roles, permissions, and workflows in Zoho One, integrate Zoho with third-party platforms for e-commerce, shipping, payment, and communication, and train internal stakeholders on Zoho functionalities and best practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy for all legacy systems into Zoho applications.
  2. Configure and implement Zoho One workflows to streamline business processes.
  3. Integrate Zoho with external platforms to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  4. Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on Zoho use and best practices.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in migrating complex systems to cloud-based platforms.
  • Proven track record in implementing large-scale migrations and managing post-launch system administration.
  • Proficient in scripting languages, workflow automation, and integration with APIs and tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong English communication skills.
