Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Software Migration Specialist to lead the migration of an existing MS Access SQL system to an Azure SQL database. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with data migration and modernization projects, and proficiency in MS Access SQL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Migrate legacy MS Access SQL database to Azure SQL for cloud-based database development
  • Collaborate with team members to transition the existing interface to a modern React-based front end
  • Maintain clean, well-documented, and scalable codebase
  • E nsure smooth integration between the backend and frontend systems
  • Troubleshoot issues during the migration process and optimize performance
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Access SQL for database management
  • Experience with Azure SQL for cloud-based database development
  • Strong knowledge of React, HTML, and CSS for front-end development
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Good communication skills, particularly in remote work environments
