IT Support Specialist

Outsourcey is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide level 2 technical support for clients across various Microsoft platforms.

This role involves administering, supporting, and troubleshooting issues in Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Windows environments.

  • Administer and troubleshoot issues in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, and Modern Workplace platforms.
  • Support and assist in implementing cloud-based projects including migrations, deployments, and upgrades.
  • Monitor and maintain client environments using remote management tools and best practices.

As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Service Desk, Level 3 engineers, and project teams to ensure efficient incident resolution and project delivery.

You will also be responsible for contributing to technical documentation and knowledge base articles to support internal and client use.

Requirements:
  • Min 3 years' experience in a level 2 systems engineer or similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Strong experience with Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365 suite, Windows Server, and Intune.
  • Experience supporting cloud services, modern desktop environments, and hybrid infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting authentication, endpoint, and collaboration issues in Microsoft ecosystems.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104).
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, endpoint management, and conditional access policies.
  • Exposure to security best practices and compliance within Microsoft cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including incident, change, and problem management.
