Job Description
This position is responsible for performing day-to-day duties within the Client Documentation group, ensuring seamless communication between the Client Services Team and Clients. The incumbent will prepare market documents required for clients, work with them through completion, and coordinate legalization tasks when necessary. Additionally, they will update various parties with the latest status, ensure accurate inventory management, and participate in client meetings and conference calls.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze client and client servicing requests
  • Prepare market documents required for clients and work directly with clients through its completion.
  • Request verification of completed documentation from appropriate partner areas.
  • Update clients, Client Services team, and Sub-Accounts with the latest status
  • Ensure all documents are accurately inventoried utilizing the available resources and houses the documentation in a team-accessible online storage repository
  • Coordinate and handle legalization tasks by working with state, federal, and foreign authorities
  • Forward full and complete document packages to the appropriate partner areas following agreed procedures
  • Participate in client meetings and conference calls
  • Review existing procedures, processes, problems, and recommend process improvements
  • Create and write procedures for manual workflow or system changes for the work area
  • Write proposals for system changes/enhancements and actively participate in testing. Implement new efficiencies to improve accuracy, timeliness, and reduce costs
  • Carry out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
  • May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management as a key subject matter expert
  • May manage daily operational activities and supervise the day-to-day work of junior level employees
