Job Opportunity

This is a senior role within the Risk Management and Compliance function, focused on regional oversight and support for team members.

The successful candidate will report to the Finance Compliance Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality results in finance compliance activities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Plan and allocate resources effectively
    • Develop foundational analytics to inform evidence-based decision making
    • Embody strong learning agility and drive accountability through policy understanding
    • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Talent Management:
    • Influence and credibility are essential skills
    • Support Associate Compliance Managers and/or Compliance Managers in implementing compliance initiatives and related activities, such as performing due diligence reviews, risk assessments, audits, corrective action planning, remediation, advisory services, training, and other compliance support needed by Finance/Accounting and Supply Chain
  • Trusted Business Partner:
    • Demonstrate an unbiased and integrated approach to business partnering
    • Understand external factors and provide advisory/consultant-level guidance
  • Game-Changing Innovation:
    • Pursue self-motivated process improvement and continuous learning
