Field Risk Officer Role

Job Summary:

As a Field Risk Officer, you play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks associated with our field operations. Your expertise will ensure risk control, fraud prevention, and adherence to company policies while supporting business growth.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and investigative skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular field audits and inspections to monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify potential risks related to credit, fraud, and operational inefficiencies in field activities.

  • Investigate and report incidents of fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance in the field.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop risk mitigation strategies.

  • Support the onboarding and training of field staff on risk awareness and control procedures.

  • Prepare detailed reports on risk assessments, incidents, and recommended actions.

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to local regulations and internal controls.

  • Monitor and analyze field data to identify trends and potential risk exposures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management, audit, or compliance, preferably in fintech or financial services.

  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.

  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
