Support Agent

The role involves handling customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat. You will provide timely and knowledgeable responses to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
You will work closely with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly. This includes data entry in various platforms and working within US business hours.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Requirements:
- Sales experience and comfort with communicating with customers.
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
- 1-5 years of customer service experience.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and customer relationship management software.
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
