Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced appointment setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in non-emergency medical transportation and excellent communication skills.


Responsibilities
  • Utilize expertise in NEMT to communicate services, procedures, and best practices to clients.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule appointments while addressing and overcoming objections effectively.
  • Provide outstanding service by listening actively, building rapport, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Maintain professionalism with excellent telephone etiquette and clear, fluent English language skills.
  • Manage and organize client schedules with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in the NEMT industry or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle objections with confidence and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using scheduling and documentation tools.
