LEAP Global Teams is looking for a skilled Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and book meetings for our sales team. This is an on-site role where you'll engage potential clients through outbound calls and other outreach, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to qualify leads
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the CRM
  • Handle objections and build rapport with decision makers
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of cold-calling and appointment-setting experience
  • Excellent English communication and active listening skills
  • Strong persuasive and objection-handling abilities
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
