Service Delivery Excellence Specialist

This role involves overseeing the development, execution, and performance of non-network managed services using a diverse vendor portfolio.

About Your New Role
  • You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and vendors to ensure alignment with customer needs and company strategy.
  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Building and managing strategic relationships with key vendors and distributors to drive service growth, procurement efficiency, and training enablement.
  • Designing and integrating scalable, vendor-aligned services by collaborating with engineering, solution architects, and support teams.
  • Partnering with finance and procurement on pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Championing a customer-centric approach by analyzing feedback, improving reliability and security standards, and serving as an escalation point for critical vendor-related issues.
  • Oversight of risk management and compliance, mitigating technology, supply chain, and regulatory risks while ensuring adherence to audit standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and internal teams on go-to-market strategies, sourcing, inventory planning, and enablement programs.
  • Tracking performance through vendor scorecards, KPI reporting, and QBRs.
Requirements For Success
  • Strong experience managing vendor and distributor relationships.
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts, SLAs, and pricing to drive business value.
  • Background in product lifecycle management, especially across networking, cloud, UCaaS, and IoT solutions.
  • Skills in service design, operational integration, and creating scalable frameworks.
  • Financial acumen in pricing models, budgeting, and cost optimization.
  • Customer-first mindset with experience improving service quality and handling escalations.
  • Knowledge of compliance, risk management, and vendor security assessments.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, and support.
  • Experience tracking KPIs, producing reports, and leading vendor QBRs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
