- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction.
- Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying complex information clearly and concisely to various audiences.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leveraging expertise in TrustArc Technical products to provide informed guidance and support.
- Adaptability and Project Management: Thrive in fast-paced environments, taking initiative to learn new products quickly and efficiently managing projects within agreed-upon timelines.
