Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving awareness and demand for our product. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a growth roadmap that aligns with revenue objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a small, agile team to foster creativity, accountability, and high performance.
  • Own messaging and thought leadership to differentiate us in the market.
  • Scale inbound and outbound acquisition via SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, social, and email marketing.
  • Partner with business development to strengthen lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Develop case studies, communities, and advocacy programs to showcase client success.
  • Define KPIs, track ROI, and refine strategies through a data-first approach.
Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including 3+ years in a SaaS leadership role.
  • Proven track record in scaling demand generation and digital growth.
  • Strong leadership with experience managing small, high-impact teams.
  • Strategic yet hands-on—comfortable executing campaigns while driving vision.
  • Exceptional communicator and storyteller, simplifying complex products into compelling narratives.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with agility and adaptability.

Preferred:

  • Background in analytics, BI, or data-focused SaaS.
  • Knowledge of the Australian SaaS market and experience scaling globally.
  • Experience in building customer advocacy or thought leadership programs.
