Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Seeking a proactive Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating the execution of the website rebuild project, drafting and scheduling LinkedIn content and EDM campaigns, assisting in maintaining and updating website content, collaborating with internal stakeholders for consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials, managing timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule, and providing ad hoc marketing support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs
  • Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
