Senior Brand Development Associate

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Brand Development Associate to join our dynamic team.

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about brand creation, market dynamics, and growth strategies. As a Senior Brand Development Associate, you will play a critical part in launching and scaling our brands from inception to market presence.

You will work closely with our seasoned brand teams, gaining hands-on experience in every aspect of building and growing a brand. This comprehensive process includes:

  • Brand Incubation: You will participate in the initial stages of brand creation, working closely with our expert brand teams to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
  • Market Research: Conducting initial product and market research, in collaboration with the brand team, to gain valuable insights into consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Brand Development: Working closely with the brand team to develop and implement effective brand growth strategies, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
  • Launch: Assisting in the launch of the brand, ensuring a seamless and successful market entry.
  • Scaling: Actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand, identifying opportunities for further development and improvement.

About the Role:

  • Responsibilities: Collaborate with various teams to ensure the successful development and implementation of brand strategies, engage in research, planning, and execution phases of brand development, support the brand team in different stages of the brand lifecycle, and contribute innovative ideas for brand growth and market penetration.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent, previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous, strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, enthusiastic about brand development and market dynamics, adaptable and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment, passionate about developing a long-term career in the e-Commerce industry, ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, self-motivated, forward-thinking, and adept at problem-solving.
