Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to oversee residential roofing projects from start to finish.
As the key point of contact, you will ensure jobs are completed on time and to our quality standards by coordinating between homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Plan, schedule, and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
- Oversee subcontractors and crews to guarantee compliance with company standards.
- Schedule regular post-job quality checks.
- Track materials, delivery schedules, and job progress using project management tools.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Quickly resolve issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate job records for reporting and audits.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills.
- Relevant construction management experience.
- Ability to lead teams and communicate with homeowners.
- Attention to detail with strong follow-through.
