Project Manager Role Overview

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and construction of residential units. Your primary goal is to ensure timely turn-over of these units with minimal defects.

  • Timely completion of projects within budget and scope
  • Review and consolidation of close-out documents for submission to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field from a reputable institution
  • Valid PRC license or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years experience in construction management

  • Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
