Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Plumbing Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of residential work orders daily, ensuring quality control and technical accuracy.

About the Role

In this contractor-to-contractor role, you will oversee licensed plumbers in the field, reviewing diagnoses, validating scopes, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and reviewing numerous plumbing work orders daily across residential sites
  • Evaluating contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy
  • Identifying incomplete or inaccurate bids and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues
  • Providing technical guidance and escalating quality concerns appropriately
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience
  • Master Plumber certification or equivalent
  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes
  • Familiarity with common residential plumbing issues
