We are seeking a diligent professional to safeguard our financial systems and prevent illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud. This role requires a high level of vigilance and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify customer and business identities (KYC and KYB) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain real-time transactions monitoring to detect suspicious activity.
  • Collaborate with partner banks to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise during the transaction process.
  • Prepare and submit Suspicious Activities Reports (SARs) to the Chief Compliance Officer for review and action.

An additional critical aspect of this role is adhering to internal procedures and achieving performance metrics to excel in key performance indicators such as processing time and accuracy.

Requirements
  • Quick learner with enthusiasm for acquiring new insights and skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Familiarity with global AML/CTF practices is required.
  • Knowledge of KYC processes is necessary.
  • Experience with Transactions monitoring/EDD process is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
  • Solid understanding of financial services and their regulatory framework.
  • Proficiency in KYB processes is required.
  • Previous experience in FinTech or startup environments is highly beneficial.
