As a Compliance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

  • Oversee ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists across regions
  • Analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to identify potential impact on business operations
  • Collaborate with various departments and business units to provide support and participate in working committees and test groups as required
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
  • Assess new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated
Requirements:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
