We are seeking a highly skilled accounting and financial management professional to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain budgets and financial forecasts; provide variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Financial Reports and Analysis: Create, automate, and improve comprehensive financial reports across functions to support strategic decision-making.
  • Recommendations: Deliver scheduled comprehensive updates and strategic recommendations based on financial records and analytical reports to ensure organizational financial hygiene, maximize profitability, and meet business objectives.
  • General Ledger Management: Oversee daily accounting functions, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
  • Transaction Processing: Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of transactions.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with other departments (e.g., operations, supply chain, HR, marketing) to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify, document, and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in financial operations.
