The role of Load Controller is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient loading of cargo and mail onto aircraft.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and safety protocols at all times.
  • Utilize accurate, up-to-date aircraft data for precise calculations.
  • Provide EZFW or payload calculations to Flight Dispatch/Pilot-In-Command in a timely manner.
  • Orient aircraft loading to maintain Ground Stability during offloading/loading process.
  • Segregate requirements, compatibility checks, and loading regulations for special/DGR loads.
  • Optimize payload and space with consideration of load priorities and sequence of loading/offloading.
  • Prepare Load Information Report Form (LIRF) with relevant coding scheme for dead loads.
  • Continuously monitor flight status and highlight changes in Zero Fuel weights.
  • Foster collaboration with station of flight to ensure Load sheet reflects actual loading.
  • Produce safe, fuel-efficient, and timely Load sheets.
Requirements:
  • High school graduation or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 02 to 03 Years of Job-related or Overall Aviation Experience.
  • IATA Dangerous Goods training certification.
  • Basic Load Control course completion.
  • Certified/Licensed to perform weight & Balance functions for Wide/Narrow bodied aircraft.
  • Experience as Ramp Agent/Turn-around coordinator within Aviation Industry.
