About This Role

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns for our e-commerce business.

  • Develop and manage performance-driven Affiliate campaigns emphasizing Affiliate networks and partner platforms.
  • Create commission structures that balance partner incentives with profitability goals and incremental revenue growth.
  • Analyze partner performance using Partnerize reporting and internal analytics tools to uncover insights, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate product feed listability for Affiliate networks and optimize content for performance and seasonal product launches.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media, social commerce, and e-commerce ad tech; recommend new platform tests, ad products, and growth tactics.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce or DTC environment.
  • Deep expertise across Affiliate networks, platforms, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, campaign reporting tools, and performance analytics.
  • Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
