Job Summary

Analyze and interpret data to drive business growth as a MIS Reports Analyst. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot.


Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze data to derive actionable insights using Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Pivot tools.
  • Develop and maintain various reports, scorecards, KPI dashboards, templates, and trackers using Excel, Power BI, and Power Pivot.
  • Implement automated processes for report generation, data analysis, and template creation using Excel macros, Power BI automation features, and Power Query.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions for performance management and process improvement.
  • Facilitate monthly operations interactions to calibrate metrics and discuss insights.
  • Maintain data integrity and security in databases and reporting systems while adhering to policies, regulations, and data privacy laws.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of college education without back subjects.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MIS/WFM.
  • Intermediate to Expert Knowledge in MS Excel.
  • Beginner to Intermediate Knowledge in MS VBA, MS Access, PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI, and other MS Office applications.
  • Experience in creating reports and dashboards is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
