Data Analyst, Client Onboarding

Who You Are:

  • You have a natural curiosity about how things work & a strong willingness to learn, with an interest in breaking into the field of cybersecurity.

  • You are a passionate and skilled 'data diver' who can use multiple tools and information sources. You enjoy digging into details and figuring out how different pieces of information connect.

  • You have a strong ability to work autonomously and independently in a remote setting.

  • You are results-driven with strong attention to detail. Even if you're not an expert, you're comfortable navigating open source/online resources to learn more.

  • You are a creative problem-solver and you're not afraid to ask tough questions.

What You'll Do:

  • Investigation: Using various internal and external research techniques, you will investigate and identify the public-facing internet presence of the companies we work with.

  • Analysis: You will focus on a given company's profile (geographical location, company structure, naming conventions, subsidiary information, etc.) to narrow a broad scope of internet-facing assets linked to the company.

  • You will determine which internet-facing assets belong to a company of interest by investigating those assets' registration information, such as domains and IP addresses.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of your research and findings, ensuring that the information is accurate and easily accessible for future reference.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to contribute to ongoing process improvements by sharing insights and observations.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 Years Working Experience where you gained basic research skills & problem-solving analysis.

  • Shown to have been results-driven and to have thrived in a fast-paced environment.

  • [Preferred] Experience with Excel/Spreadsheets (macros, pivot tables).

  • [Preferred] Basic familiarity or conceptual understanding of SQL databases.

  • [Preferred] Conceptual understanding of an internet domain and IP address.
