Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Insights Analyst to join our team. As a key member of the business intelligence unit, you will be responsible for analyzing data and generating reports to provide insights that inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions for performance management and process improvement.

You will analyze data from various sources, develop and maintain reports and dashboards, and implement automated processes for report generation and data analysis. Your expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization will help drive business growth and success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing data from various sources to derive actionable insights
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools
  • Implementing automated processes for report generation and data analysis
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
  • Facilitating monthly operations interaction to calibrate metrics and discuss insights
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in MIS/WFM
