Financial Support Specialist

As a key member of our payments team, you will be responsible for supporting the treasury function by understanding payment processes and ensuring all tasks are completed effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate relevant information to colleagues and retain customer data within pertinent files.
Responsibilities include responding promptly to queries, contacting banking partners, authenticating documentation, organising treasury meetings, setting agendas and circulating minutes.
Additionally, the role involves maintaining effective communication between departments and counterparty banks on ad hoc projects, as well as ensuring adherence to Anti-Money Laundering policies and internal controls.
Requirements for this position include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), being diligent, organised and accurate with excellent teamwork skills.
Apart from these, we expect respect for company resources, processes and people, along with honesty and integrity.
The candidate should also be fluent in English, have practical examples to support their application, and experience in Customer Service/Business Roles.
Understanding of Regulatory environment pertaining to Money Transmission Businesses in Ireland is highly desirable.
