We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the adoption of digital workplace productivity technologies across our organization.

Job Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date with product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools, identifying relevant features for employees.
  • Research how other companies utilize industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication within our organization.
  • Analyze current solution usage, determining adoption/usage baselines.
  • Design and execute adoption programs to increase adoption/usage, involving training, communications, and hands-on guidance.
  • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support end-user inquiries and issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring minimal supervisory attention.
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
