Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on the role of Digital Workplace Adoption Lead. This key position will be responsible for driving conglomerate-wide adoption of Digital Workplace / Productivity technologies.

  • The successful candidate will design and execute adoption programs that increase the usage of our current solutions.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with expertise in managing workplace productivity tools and experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Stay updated on product roadmaps and new features of current workplace productivity tools.
    • Identify opportunities for reapplication across the organization by understanding how other companies use industry workplace solutions.
    • Understand how current solutions are being utilized and determine adoption/usage baselines.
    • Design and execute adoption programs, including training, communications, and hands-on guidance for key activities.
    • Deploy new features or execute incremental changes.
    • Support end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert for the organization.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools (Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Zoom, Mural, Mendix, etc.).
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal.
  • ITIL foundation certification is preferred.
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment as a team player.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requiring little supervisory attention.
  • Desire to learn and become familiar with new areas of technology.
