Job Title: Commercial Insights Strategist

Overview:

The Commercial Insights Strategist will play a pivotal role in analyzing and interpreting data to inform business decisions, drive growth, and optimize commercial performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to provide actionable insights for the commercial team, enabling them to make informed decisions.
  • Analyze off-take, IMS data, and other relevant metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales quota, incentive, reward, and KPI structures that align with business priorities.
  • Design and deliver training programs to ensure the commercial team has the necessary skills to effectively utilize CRM, CLM, and other systems.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with the field force to assess performance, discuss challenges, and explore solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing sales strategies, quota structures, and performance management processes.
  • Knowledge of CRM, CLM, and other commercial systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
