We are seeking a highly motivated and organized LPG Operations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will oversee LPG refilling operations at a Third-Party Refilling Plant (TPRP) on behalf of a leading fuel company.

This includes managing the documentation for LPG sales, coordinating with suppliers for replenishments, and ensuring that all transactions and inventory reports are accurate and up-to-date. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper sealing, filling, and weight of LPG cylinders and bulk trucks, while maintaining compliance with contracts and supply agreements.

As an LPG Operations Representative, your primary focus will be on:

  1. Coordinating with bulk supply points to request and manage LPG supply replenishments
  2. Interacting with suppliers for terminal issuance of ATL and related documents
  3. Preventing product runout in TPRPs through proactive inventory monitoring and coordination
  4. Monitoring and updating inventory stock for bulk LPG, cylinders, and seals; managing replenishments as needed
  5. Updating and maintaining accurate dispatch and inventory reports for all bulk transactions at supplier terminals and TPRP plants
  6. Communicating sales and remaining inventory status to the LPG team via work chat and/or SMS
  7. Ensuring all cylinders are properly sealed and filled with accurate LPG content; verifying weight and seals on bulk trucks and Seagas cylinders
  8. Preparing and processing documents for loaded bulk trucks, proof of filled cylinders, and truck releases
  9. Collaborating with accounting to ensure timely invoicing based on daily sales and transactions

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of related experience, preferably from the Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas industry - with at least 1 year of people management experience
  • Adept in Data Analysis, Business Analysis
  • Willingness to be assigned in a TPRP or suppliers terminal
