About the Role

The Operations Director will oversee IT Operations, Kiosk Operations, KYC Operations, and Payment Operations, ensuring that these processes are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define, execute, measure, and continuously improve the Operation Model for Technology & Operations of GoTyme.
  • Ensure on-track and smooth hand-over of GoTyme Technology Platforms to operations, such as GoTyme Mobile App, ERP, GL, End-user Computing, Office Network, among others.
  • Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of GoTyme platforms to support continued business growth - Internal IT tools, KYC, Kiosks, and Payment platforms.
  • Align operational SLAs with business partners and ensure that operational groups meet end-to-end SLAs as committed to the business.
  • Identify key partners, ensure fully aligned SLAs, and perform vendor management and build strategic relationships in a way that compels partners to consistently meet committed SLAs and support GoTyme's business growth.
Requirements
  • 10 years of experience in IT operations or Banking Operations and leading a multi-functional group delivering various measures.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster deep positive relationships with external partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Able to operate under pressure and find creative, practical solutions to problems; a bias toward thinking outside the conventional approach.
