Financial Operations Specialist (Part-Time)

Angel City VA is seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing financial records, preparing and reviewing financial reports, and handling accounts receivable and payable.

This is a remote work opportunity, allowing for flexible scheduling and the ability to work independently. Our ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Financial Operations Specialist or Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience working with USA clients
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
