Job Description

This role is for a skilled Account Manager who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. You'll oversee client accounts, manage day-to-day communications, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building strong relationships, driving customer success, and creating meaningful partnerships. They should also possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, along with the ability to communicate and hold conversations with decision-makers.

As an Account Manager, you'll focus on meeting and exceeding monthly sales performance goals by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, upselling, and establishing new accounts. You'll use reports to analyze existing and potential sales opportunities, and continually manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales forecasts and prospects using company software.

In this role, you'll work closely with customers to resolve any issues or complaints they may have, and maintain long-term relationships with them. Your responsibilities will include cold calling to proactively pursue new prospects, managing and understanding each customer's needs, delivering ongoing exceptional customer service, and coordinating in-store sales training with vendors and customers.
