Job Title: Procurement Operations Specialist

This role focuses on optimizing procurement processes and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process mapping, business operations, and system capabilities.

  • The incumbent will collaborate with various departments to understand business requirements and concerns.
  • They will work closely with Oracle Support teams to identify system limitations, test enhancements, and implement process improvements.
  • Liaison between users and system developers is crucial to ensure that business requirements are fully understood.
  • Key responsibilities include interacting with business users across departments, presenting findings to small groups as needed, and participating in strategic projects.
  • The successful candidate will track assigned tasks to completion and strive to achieve project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Information Systems, or an IT-related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and supply chain principles.
  • Experience in building out work documentation and/or work instructions is essential.
  • ERP system work experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
