Job Description

As a customer service professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients through various channels. This includes handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, while also being empathetic and understanding towards customers.

Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is essential for this position. You will need to have worked with multiple systems, including CRM software, and be proficient in using technology to manage customer interactions.

Additionally, you will require strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Use research skills to find solutions to customer problems.
  4. Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Guide customers through options to find the best solutions.
  6. Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.
  7. Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  8. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
  9. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • At least 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  • High-speed internet connection.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
  • Able to multitask and self-manage effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
